Mallory Rothstein, Founder
Mallory is an Administrative Business Partner in Ads at Google. She volunteers weekly as a Crisis Text Line Counselor and is an avid supporter of Miracle Corners of the World which she’s been a mentee, mentor, speaker, and volunteer for their Young Leaders Access Program.
Mallory previously worked as an Associate in the Office of the CEO at Henry Schein and interned at DoSomething.Org’s TMI Strategy. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business Management at Stony Brook University. While studying abroad for a semester at the Florence University of the Arts, she found an appreciation for wine and gelato.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, rollerblading, practicing her three-point shot, and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.
She grew up in Freehold, NJ where she attended Freehold High School. She currently calls Mountain View, California home.

Steph Spector, Advisor & Content Editor
Steph Spector serves as director of contests and conferences at Gotham Writers Workshop, a creative writing school in Manhattan. She teaches Gotham's Grammar and Business Writing classes. A lifelong lover of animals and language, Steph founded the Karuna Writers Residency in 2016 to support storytellers from all walks of life and the humane treatment of animals. She's currently writing a memoir.
